Talking

I have been waiting from the moment she graced my screen for MRod to be killed off. But why Libby? Was this all part of the plan or do the writers really, really, HATE drunk drivers?

I love how they weren't clear on what happened to FauxHenry. I think Michael was brainwashed by the Others! I think he knows exactly where Walt and the Tailaways are being held.

I'm going to call it now. Dr. Dad is totally Claire's papa! I could be wrong but I doubt it.

Whoa....

I didn't see anything that happened in the last 3 minutes coming!

I'm certainly not going to miss Ana Lucia, but I hope Libby is okay. I want to know more about her back story.

And what is the deal with Michael? He's been pretty intense and a bit of a loose cannon ever since the Others took Walt, but last night took it to a whole new level. Is he brainwashed by the Others? Is it some sort of deal with the Others to get Walt back?

Also, was fake Henry really coming to get Locke when he got caught in Rousseau's trap? Or is that just part of Henry's mind games?

On a side note, I wish more of the episode (and many of the other episodes this season) had been as exciting as the last few minutes.

So at the very end, did Michael sort of shoot himself, like in the shoulder? I think he's going to pretend that notHenry attacked him and killed Mrod and shot Libby, as part of his plot to do whatever he's doing. I think he has become an Other and it's not a plot to get Walt, but who knows.

And ding dong, the bad-acting witch is dead. Woot!

Also, I caught the Hanso commercial while fast forwarding. I just called the # and it when it answers it says you can enter your party's extension and gives you options for different people. I pressed "3" and got what I think is the dude who made the hatch instruction video, saying he's unreachable for the next 3 weeks but will be updating some confidential thing.

i saw the whole ending coming (with the exception of libby - totally caught off guard by that one)

i'm thinking that michael was told that if he didn't let that henry gale guy loose, that walt would be killed. i don't think he was brainwashed for the simple fact that he said sorry to ana lucia before he shot her. i don't think he would have felt so much remorse otherwise.

^^^ I agree.

Also, sometimes I get creeped out by the fact that Lost doesn't really begin and end when the show is on. The websites....and now the fake commercials leading to fake phone lines with realmessages!

Tonight's show didn't really do much for me. It wasn't BAD....but I didn't feel like it provided any new information.

It did confirm some suspicions about a few theories, though.

Like what? I agree with you about tonight's show, now I am thinking differently about the island.

I think that Locke realized that the island may be someone's idea of a sick joke.

Did anyone else check out tonight's Hanso commercial that had a link to this site:

http://www.sublymonal.com/

It's really bizzare and you have to click on it forever to get it to do anything, then it says sublymonal message unlocked with a square with a message flashing and then if you click on the black it takes you to the hanso foundation website.

So my DVR apparently is involved in some type of experiment whereby it CUTS OFF during the show and I don't see the very end and any coming attractions, if there were any. The last I saw, Hurley was chillin' at the hatch with Libby and it was all very touching, and then the little DELETE RECORDING thing came up and that's all I got. Did anything happen after that?

Also, Mr. Eko rocks, a lot. I want him to read me bedtime stories.

Last night's episode actually went one hour and five minutes according to my DVR. Check the settings on your DVR and see if there is something that makes it just record one hour or if it can get the entire episode somehow.

What happened next (very little):

* Libby starts gasping and says "Michael," Jack comes over and says, "he's ok," and then Libby gets a terrified look in her eyes and dies
* Michael is standing in the armoury looking down at Ana-Lucia with an evil look in his eyes

Scenes from next week:

* It looks like they force Michael to take them to the "Others" camp
* Lots of pictures of the "Others" spliced in with pictures of our lost good guys
* Michael tells them that the "Others" will be expecting them
* Michael says something to a woman we haven't seen before about not thinking Walt is alive and she says, no, he is alive.

This is the best my memory can do unless you want to come watch my DVR (which you are welcome to do).

Its part of a virual-marketing/Alternate Reality Game (ARG)... I believe the "Trail" starts with The Lost Experience ... if you recall the TV Show Push it is sort of like that....but better....they also did a small one with Alias a few years back. One of the communities that I am a part of can give you a bit more information on the campaign...I am not playing this one, nor following it along but you can read the threads here to get more info.
