I was just corrected. Quota was around 86. But this is still not confirmed. Last year quota was 76.

Penn State-Phi Mu made quota (54) new Phis
I've noticed a trend, for the most part, looking at these numbers everyone is sharing. Is the new system working that well? I mean, it seems that everyone is essentially bringing in the same number of women. You generally don't see one chapter with 50 girls and another chapter on that campus with 20. I think it's great because you can't tell one chapter from another based on size.
