Nope...MLC was not a Stanford grad. (I threw that it to see if any of our Nu Alpha sisters would bite!) Actually, Mary Love refused to fly in a plane, so I'm doubting she spent much time on the west coast.
Guess again, Sisters!

We have a winner! Way to go, Michelle. I bet all of your med school applications helped you be in tune with Mary Love's post-graduate work.
Yes, MLC lived in Lexington, KY for awhile and because she was there -- so was the Chi Omega Executive Office.

I am going to go with None of the Above! According to my manual, the jewels were restricted to pearls or diamonds in 1905, the same year that the size of the badge was standardized.

Ut oh...controversy on the Chi O Trivia thread!
Hmmm...well? I was going by the link to the National website history page from Psi Gamma's website which states:
1906
Jewels of the official badge restricted to pearls or diamonds. The size was also made uniform.

Hey Sisters...here's a peek at a pre-1906 badge which was just purchased off eBay for our National Archives! Cool, huh?

Nut-
That is SO cool! That was before they had regulations on how it could and could not look, right? So did women just go to their local jeweler and have it made up?
