I don't think they use planes to make the food drops though b/c if they did, wouldn't the people on the beach have heard the plane? Wouldn't they have gone to investigate? I think that perhaps something else (like the balloon) is used to make the drops.

Maybe it's an invisible plane, like what Wonder Woman had....
ha ha.
Actually a balloon dropping a parachute with supplies is a hella-smart idea.

I thought I heard Locke tell him "no matter what"...I could be wrong though (I'll go check my tape to see )
ETA: Okay, it was "The Other" who said that Locke needed to protect him "no matter what"...Locke asked opened the door and asked "who are you". The Other gave the Henry Gale story again, and then Locke said, "All right. You have my word."

OMG...you are funny. Yeah, he's pretty buggy-eyed, isn't he? I think pre-Golum's name was Schmiegel?
And also, LOL when Sawyer said "Maybe Said wants a job?" in reference to him opening a corner store.
I know that I am an evil person to find that funny, but I did.

I was going to be so pissed if it turned out this all IS in Hurley's head. Even the possibility is stupid -- it's the lame-as-hell "it was all a dream" cop-out, so I hope they give that up ASAP.

Me too. I also suspect that the writers came up with all of these weird things to happen in the series, without figuring out what the resolution will be. Instead, they're probably banking on the ratings to eventually drop and then they can just get cancelled and be absolved of the responsibility of tying together all of the loose ends. Grrrrrr.....

Like in St.Elswhere or however you spell it when it was the kid's imagination or whatever.
Yea, I wouldn't be very happy if that was the case.
