and the good ones that last are the ones that go 5 years and go out while they are still fresh.

Ugh, just looked at the fall TV grid and I'm not going to have any shows to watch on Tuesday or Wednesdays. Guess I have to hang my hope on something decent on Bravo, TLC, or the CW. I'm annoyed that some of my shows are being moved around to new times/days, too (Big Bang Theory, Heroes, Medium, Ugly Betty)...thank goodness for DVR!

Yay for Chuck, Boo for Samatha Who? I thought it was a good little show... There are some weird moves in the grids... Ugly Betty is Friday? Is that not where shows go to die? Anywho, as long as FNL is not cancelled...

As far as new shows:
I am up for checking out Accidently on Purpose... I am down for given Jenna Elfman another sitcom shot... With that said, the trailer Cougar Town seems much more appealing, and I don't think both Cougar shows will survive, if either...

Three Rivers seems incredibly cheesy to me, and I am over medical shows...

Fox didnt change much at all, but I welcome Glee. The first episode was rather captivating for me...

Hank and The Middle are just a way of trying to find these two a sitcom... I don't think it will work...

Parenthood is one of my favorite movies, but I am weary about the television transfer, especially since the movie came out so long ago... However, it has a great cast... Eastwick is another old movie transfer to television, with some good cast members, but I truly doubt it will survive

The most promising trailer to me was Modern Family, which looked funny and sophisticated at the same time...

I'm glad for Chuck, but why is ABC shooting themselves in the foot by moving Ugly Betty and taking off Samantha Who? What are they going to show? Grey's Anatomy (bleh) reruns and reality shows? Ugh... They are showing way too much Dancing with the Stars as it is!

They are gambling, big time... they are bringing in 11 new shows and reshuffling in effort to get back to the number 1 network spot... I think it will shoot them in the foot, but we will see

Last year, ABC canceled 3 shows that I absolutely loved. I wanted to swear off of them, but they still have Grey's, Desperate Housewives, Brothers & Sisters and Private Practice, so I can't swear off of them totally. I won't watch any of their new stuff though. I'm over the Bachelor/Bachelorette thing with last season and with Jillian as the new Bachelorette. (The three I loved that they got rid of were Cashmere Mafia, Men in Trees and The Women's Murder Club.. if it weren't for the ones I mentioned above, I would think they were trying to get rid of all their women viewers forever).

ABC used to be my favorite network, but now I think I'm down to just Grey's and Betty. If ABC was smart, they would have renewed Eli Stone and put it in front of Grey's Anatomy. WAYYYYYYYYYY too many new shows coming out, and I'm not diggin' any of the plots.

I loved Eli Stone too, so sad it was cancelled.

I watched the Glee episode and LOVED it! Anyone who didn't see it should check it out on HULU, it's not only funny, but heartwarming - and there aren't many shows like that on anymore .

I'm looking forward to it in the fall...
