Awww, thanks so much you guys! It was a great birthday indeed -- I had the day off from work, spent time with the Boy, and even had a birthday dinner hosted by Mom. We had a few relatives over and I even made out with some birthday gifts! Truly special day indeed. The best part is that I'm not hungover at all today! 
DolphinChicaDDD, my FFL, your presence was definitely missed this year, especially since you were here for 27 and 28. Hope you'll be able to make it down for the big 3-0 next year!

I got another birthday present today...
I GOT A NEW JOB! A local well-known non-profit just offered me a position on their staff just now. The pay is twice what I'm making now and the mission is something near and dear to my heart. The new commute cuts my time to work in half, and I'll be working in the neighborhood I grew up in.
I'm so overwhelmed I can't stop smiling!!!
