The video is just disturbing. I cringed every time it showed the kid latched onto the mom. Blacgh.

Wasn't there a scene in A Tree Grows in Brooklyn where one of the Nolans' neighbours said that one of the kids, at age 3 or so still wanted to be nursed? And the way the mom scared the kid was to make her boobs look scary (I think she drew teeth or something on her boob)?

Well geez, I don't know if that's the best idea either, you don't want to make a kid "scared" of a normal part of the body (I see huge future issues for the kid whether it's a girl or a boy!).

I'm with Blondie, how about exercising a little parental direction and discipline and teach the kid how to handle a nice, strong "no." Helping kids deal with change and disappointment and developing coping skills is a parent's responsibility, isn't it?
