That actor is Rodrigo Santoro, a Brazilian actor, and it's possible that he is "ethnic'y" (if there is a such a word - LOL) as a lot of South American people are "mestizzo" (i.e. Spaniard mixed with the South American Indians).

OOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHH! OKAY! LOL. In the other pic he looks very white, but in 300 he has a wider nose and darker skin, etc. My bad! LOL My BFF/neighbor is also from Brasil!
