well, to correct you a bit....as you know, the most important part of the Declaration of Priciples shows the elements of true brotherhood.

"We believe that the essential elements of true brotherhood are love, charity, and esteem; love, that binds our hearts with the sturdy chords of fraternal affection; charity, that is impulsive to see virtues in a brother and slow to reprove his faults; esteem, that is respectful to the honest convictions of others and that refrains from treading upon that which is sacred to spirit and conscience; these are the triple obligations of every brother in the bond."

Love- We are supposed to allow it to bind our hearts to our brothers. You can still love someone but think that their actions are not moral or correct

Charity- We are supposed to be "slow to reprove [a frater's] faults" That does not mean forget his faults all together. In this case, it means take a close look at the things he did and use proper judgement

Esteem- We are supposed to not question the convictions of others, but at the same time, we cannot forget our own convictions and beliefs.

If we are to blindly treat all fraters (and non-fraters for that fact) with charity, esteem, and love at all times, we would be the most foolish group around. Also, if that truly were the case, that we are to treat them with those elements regardless of actions, morals, and beliefs, we would not have an MQB or judicial board to check up on fraters.
