Graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder where he threw that amazing "Hail Mary" pass to beat Michigan in The Big House, 27-26 (The Miracle at Michigan) with no time left on the clock a few years ago.
ETA, He was recently cut by the Baltimore Ravens.

Actually many have questioned Magic's sexual orientation. How do you think he got AIDS?

I thought he got it from his girlfriend? Women can get AIDS, too, you know. I'm not saying that he's not gay, but AIDS is no longer the "gay disease."

Back when he contracted it, though, it pretty much still was "the gay disease".

AIDS is still a gay disease. The high risk groups are homosexuals, drug users and anyone that has received a blood transfusion. Add that to the fact that Magic is kissing other guys and you should be able to do the math. Guys getting AIDS from women isn't very common.

That's a horribly antiquated view of the disease. You can also contract it through vaginal fluid and breast milk. While the number of people who contract it from contact with a woman, that doesn't mean it can't happen.
Homosexuals in America have a hard enough time being accepted without people perpetuating the viewpoint that "God gave us AIDS to kill all the Gays."

I want to update my list of celebs still in the closet. Shannon Elisabeth and George Clooney need to be added to the list.

I have to correct myself...Liberace was "engaged" to a woman but never actually married. His wise mother put a stop to that.... (something that I learned at the LIBERACE MUSEUM in Las Vegas). MOM KNOWS BEST.

When I first saw the title, my immediate thought was, "This is NEWS???"
Then I noticed that the topic is from a year ago... lol.

I'm glad this thread got bumped because this post is the funniest thing of the day besides the Chuck Norris thread.
