My cousin, who has never seen the first movie, wants to see the second (kind of), so I told her that she would like the first one. She's just not a big Johnny Depp fan and I told her that he made the movie and that he is actually quite funny in the 1st one. So we shall see if she rents it or not.


My impatience is already kicking into high gear. I'm ready for it to be next summer so I can watch and see what happens with Jack.

Saw it last night, thought it was good, though it was blatantly obvious throughout the movie how much they were leaving it open for the sequel. I'm usually not one for long movies, but it went very quickly. It was a fun movie. I thought the eyeballs on jack's face were hilarious.

Highlight for the answer: Yes, it was. In the scene after the credits, we saw the monkey return to the cave, remove a coin from the chest, and with a shriek, turn back into skeleton monkey.

I saw it last night. I didn't really care to see it, but I'm glad I did cuz I loved it! I haven't seen the first one so I'm excited to go rent it now.
