No need to breast feed or give that baby Simulac. Roll him up to a table at the Sizzler and order him some steak and potatoes.

What the HAYLE
ANSAS CITY, Mo. - A mother has been arrested on charges that she gave crack to her 4-year-old son to "calm him down."
Michelle R. Shelton, 32, of Kansas City, was arrested Thursday on a child endangerment charge. Police said the boy did not suffer any obvious injuries from taking the highly addictive drug. He remains in state custody.
Police first began investigating Shelton a year ago when officers said they saw her escorting drug users into the apartment complex where she and her son lived. Police said some residents at the complex told investigators Shelton sometimes gave the boy crack cocaine to "calm him down."
Social workers were sent to the apartment where they took hair samples from Shelton and her son to test for illegal drugs. The tests came back positive, police said.
According to court records, Shelton told detectives she found empty crack bags and drug paraphernalia throughout her home after parties her son attended. She said it was possible the child found some of the drug.

How does she figure crack will calm a person down? Has she seen a crackhead? They are the most "un-calm" people I've ever seen.

Police: Woman threw sex parties for teenagers
Police: Woman threw sex parties for teenagers
Saturday, January 22, 2005 Posted: 8:58 AM EST (1358 GMT)
ARVADA, Colorado (AP) -- A 40-year-old woman held sex and drug parties with teenage boys, telling police she wanted to be a "cool mom," authorities say.
Sylvia Johnson allegedly provided marijuana, methamphetamine and alcohol to eight boys at parties held at her suburban Denver home in 2003 and 2004. According to court papers, she admitted having sex with five of the boys.
One of the boys told his mother, and Johnson was arrested in December and charged with offenses including sexual assault and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
According to court papers, Johnson told investigators she was not popular in high school and had finally started "feeling like one of the group." [BB91's comments, quoting Furious Styles a la Boyz N the Hood: "That time has passed, sweetheart. You missed it."]
"She described herself as a 'cool mom,'" police said.
Authorities did not say how many children she has or whether any of them were at the parties.
A message left at the number listed for Johnson was not immediately returned.

Let me begin by saying that as a mother of a 6 yr. old crack is the last thing I would give him to "calm down" . She should have tried to be a responsible parent.
As far as the "Cool Mom" person, I have a teen step-son ( he's 13 yrs. old) and I'm cool w/out having sex parties!!!
What is wrong with these people!!!!!!

What happened to the days when the cool mom was the one who served Kool-Aid to the neighborhood kids?

Now THAT'S a cool mom!
My son has a room fulla boys right NOW and they are playing video games and have been to the park today and swimming. Now they are munching on pizza and drinking Sierra Mist. I am THE cool mom. Plus, all I want is peace and quiet so I can study. As long as it doesn't get too loud and crazy, I'm okay. I check in every once and a while to make sure they're not in there smoking crack (to calm themselves down, of course) and it's all good.
I agree with you, being cool doesn't mean being careless and it dang sho' don't mean having SEX with your son's friends. Ever! I'll be 38 when my son is 19...I still think you have to draw the line and BE A MOM and not a ho (sorry for the usage of words here)!!!!!!

Man Sells Advertising Space on His Forehead for $37,375
OMAHA, Neb. (Jan. 25) - A Web-page designer who auctioned off the use of his forehead for advertising space is letting it go to his head.
Andrew Fischer, 20, of Omaha, who put his forehead for sale on eBay as advertising space, received $37,375 on Friday to advertise the snoring remedy, SnoreStop.
Remainder of Story
My Comment: People are selling their foreheads and CC payments on eBay. What can I sell to make some dough?

Suspect to Face Charges in Train Crash
By now most of you have heard this -- I didn't know where else to put it.
The State of California will have his head. Several of the fatalities were county/city employees (one being a law enforcement officer) and their families will be due benefits. No doubt some will decide to sue -- one of the wounded has already retained a lawyer.

I need to inspect the contents of my house better to find out what I can sell too.
Train Crash: Such a sad and tragic happening. He wanted to kill himself but ended up killing 11 others and he is still alive.
