She never even began there. She was never hired there, so it couldn't have lasted. It was rumored she interviewed, but no one confirmed (that I remember). I do remember reading in the NYC papers that it never panned out because she decided to help her dad with the campaign.

A few questions from me:
I thought Barbara was UT grad - she's the Theta after all, right?
I thought Jenna went to Yale and didn't go Greek?

Help me out here....

I also think Barbara is way cuter! And has better fashion sense!

Jenna went to UT as an English major. She was the one who pledged Theta.

Barbara, on the other hand, went to Yale (aka she was a Yalie). She was a Humanities major (if I remember correctly.) As of yet, she hasn't released her career plans.

They both pledged Theta, and they were both initiated into their respective chapters, as was their mom, and Lynn Cheney.

The Bush twins/Theta connection has been discussed ad nauseaum on these boards.

Do we really need to rehash it here?

My sincere apologies. I needed a little clearing up and I don't happen to read every thread on GC - expecially ones involving Bush or his family/friends or "Guess who's a famous member of my org".

Hope I didn't waste too much of your day - seems I just got 2 answers and it was all over with...no big deal...

I guess people could say that she's just trying to show what a great egalitarian she is by going into the inner city and teaching the kids of the "little people". But even if that were the case, so what? It's not like people are lined up around the block applying for teaching positions in low income areas.

I agree !!!!!!!!!!
