Oh girl I can't believe you just said that. I've known my fair share of people who have that problem. It looks like someone just slapped them with powder. Is that their way of letting people know that they are clean today

Also I would like to add:
If you have overage at your waist then LOW RIDERS ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND!!!!  Now that we can shed some of our heavier layers I am starting to see thing that make my eyes water and burn. Smedium is not a size in case you didn't know.....
back to our regular scheduled program....

I would just advise people to wear clothes that fit them properly. Trying desperately to fit into clothes that used to be your size is not cute. At all.
Just go on and buy the size up- you will look so much slimmer than you would bulging out of the too-small pants. I promise!

..and please, no turtle necks with short sleeves in the summer time. Just because the top has short sleeves does not make it summer appropriate.
