Red face

Last night the cops came to my apartment looking for my roommate who'd gotten into an altercation with one of her friends. My roommate proceeds to tell the police officer "All that B**** had to do was give me my F****** keys. I was locked out, I had to sleep on the couch and my period was on! When you talk to that B**** tell her I said F*** her!"
The officer comes back after calling the other girl and my roommate says to the cop "Did you tell that B**** I said F*** her?"

So ghetto.

I have 3 roommates in Tallahassee. (My family lives in my house in Tampa while I attend school in Tallahassee, if that is what's confusing you.) Yes, the one african american roommate I have is ghetto as all ghett-out. The cop situation was over the top.

Ooooooh now it makes sense. I was confused because I know you are married.

Yes. But I still love ya . What does her political affiliation have to do with being a good personal trainer? What if she had refused to take you as a client because you are a Dem.

Also did she just state she was a Republican or did she state she was going to vote a straight Republican ticket. She may have been a Repub. for Kerry.

LMAO, she is training me at work for my new role with my new job. She said she is straight Republican and probably won't vote since SC is a traditional Republican state. She is still my trainer though, lol, but clearly she knows KERRY/EDWARDS is my allegiance. She has some pretty good fashion sense too.

LOL, I thought you meant a personal trainer--not a co-worker. So why isn't she going to vote--because she doesn't want to vote for Bush but would feel guilty voting for a non-Repub?

She is still registered to vote in SC and the city she has to vote in is over 90 minutes away. SC is a die hard Republican state so one less vote (ACCORDING TO HER ) won't matter.

reminds me of the brotha that sat next to me in church about 2 Sundays ago, talking on his phone. then had the nerve to interrupt my praise while the choir was singing to ask what was the cross streets for the church because his friend couldn't find it.

I saw a girl this morning with a full-length mink coat on going to class at the university. Mind you, it's abut 50 degrees here today, a little warm for a mink in my opinion.

I work with the pigmentally challenged, me and a Mexican girl the only color up in there. Well one of these native scandawhovians, decided to come dressed as her idol........Opray Winfrey. She had on bell bottom pants, a huge black NAPPY-A$$ED afro wig (the rainbow colored kind you see at football games worn by those crazy shirt-less fans) and brown make-up...............grease paint on her face, neck and hands. I was so mortified, I was speechless, which is quite an accomplishment for me.

Morti-effing-fied

By the way definitions

Scandawhovian- most of the "NATIVES" around here.

Pigmentally challenged- what I call the "NATIVES"

Not that I know of. Small health club owned by a woman, for women, run by women employees. Only guy in there is one cook in the cafe. I decided not to be offended, you know we choose to take offense. And if you don't take offense then you don't have to repent. But I was mortified at how a seemingly intelligent women would think that was humorous in 2004. The other thing for me is how quick they seem to be at telling you it is only a joke and you just too 'sensitive.' Like I ain't got sense 'nough to know when some is insulting, in poor taste, or simply vulgar.

All the more reason you need to say something--woman to woman. If you let this go unchecked it will just get worse. MN white women are pretty brazen and the next thing you'll know they will be talking about their Black men.
