Wow...mine's only $50/month for full coverage. I also don't have anything left on my record. My only incidents have been an accident at 16 (not my fault) and a speeding ticket at 17. KNOCK.ON.WOOD.
I have a 2004 Chevy Tracker. My payments are about $235/month.

I lease a 2007 Saturn Vue. My payment is $249/month. I can't recall what the insurance is per month.

I drive a Toyota Highlander for $531/month - car payment only. That's because I traded in a 2005 Yukon that I was upside down in because the resale value of those stupid things has dropped so much. My car insurance (which covers two vehicles + homeowner's insurance) is $197 a month...for my individual vehicle it's about $65 a month.

I drive a 2005 Honda Civic (DH's old car) $450 CDN a month
DH drives a 2007 Toyota Tundra $519 USD/month
The 2001 Kia Spectra is paid off (I did that right before we moved)
Insurance for all 3 is $167/month (the first 2 are full coverage, the last car is only liability). Funny: It cost $100 more a year to insure the Civic than it does for the brand new Tundra.

270/month for the car
90/month for the insurance
I can't wait until the car is paid off in December. I just hope my string of good luck with the car doesn't end in December.

live in NYC (well, Westchester, so NYS)
no driving record (first car, licensed a little under a year)
i believe it is full coverage iwas quoted for (i checked off every box except rental reimbursement)
had no need for prior coverage since it's my first time ive needed coverage
with all that said, i figured insurance would be expensive. but i'm not sure what "expensive" would be. and its an old car, so i thought that would balance it out. i dunno...

I have a lease on a 2007 Honda Civic, I pay about $312/mo. (Don't get fooled by the commercial prices, there's a reason they say: FOR QUALIFIED CUSTOMERS ONLY, lol)
My insurance is about $120/mo, which is pretty good considering I still have "activity" on my driving record.
I can't help that I've got places to go, and I take the speed limit as a suggestion and not law.

oh lol that seems logical now that i think about it
if he's got an audi, he should be doing just fine in winter conditions, I had an Audi Quattro 5000S for years and it saved my life many times and I learned how to drive in the snow/ ice.

I pay $519 a month in payments for my '06 Hyundai Tucson, and will be done in two years. My insurance comes to $140 a month, which isn't too bad considering I have like 8 fender benders since I turned 16, oops.
