FYI, an earlier thread on the subject:

Omega Chapters.
Thank you for that information! I still want to encourage people to post because there are quite a few orgs represented on GC that haven't said anything.

Thank you everyone!!!

Phi Sigma Sigma's Omega Chapter was at the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO - Chartered in 1935

It's now an inactive chapter.

I don't think we have any special designation for deceased sisters... but I think it's a very nice gesture for all the GLO's that do!

Sigma Lambda Gamma does not use Omega in any letter combination for chapter designations, and Omega chapter is reserved for our Sorors who have passed on.

As far as I know, still open.

I don't know if this is "official," but I know my chapter says sisters who have passed have entered Chapter Eternal.
Yep the Stetson chapter is still open. I am from DeLand and I see AXiD letters on girls around town.

Theta Phi Alpha's Omega chapter was located at St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. It was chartered in 1955 but is now inactive.

Theta Phis who have passed on enter the Eternal Chapter.

Pi Beta Phi does not have an Omega chapter mostly because of how we name ours (State plus greek letter in order of founding i.e. NC Alpha, NC Beta etc.) but there is an Omega province. Hope that helps!

Not trying to stir up any mess at all but in both threads you two posted different information about where APO's Omega Chapter is. And UT is nowhere NEAR Drake so on the off chance you do citywide chapters that's not a possibility. Just wondering where the chapter actually is cause I'm nosey lol.

ETA: We do have an Omega Chapter, it was in Cleveland, not sure if it's still active, and we have chapters that have Omega as part of the nomenclature. And we do have a chapter name reserved just for deceased Sorors.

Hope no one minds me answering that question, but APhiRattlerGal is a member of Alpha Phi, whose Omega chapter is at the University of texas, while Senusret I is a member of APO, whose Omega chapter is at Drake University. Two different orgs, so two different Omega chapters. I'm thinking you probably just misread APhiRattlerGal's post. Hope that cleared it up.
