i can only speak for zta. we have no program to encourage women from strong, successful chapters to transfer to less successful ones to "show them the ropes." we do have newly graduated women called traveling leadership consultants(tlcs)
who travel all over the country visiting both successful and less successful chapters. they usually meet with all officers and chaimen and go over their duties(and their notebooks), troubleshoot if there is any troubleshooting to do, teach them new songs and cheers and just generally serve as a breath of fresh air for the chapter. they might stay a few days up to a few weeks.their term of office usually is for one year. i think all the sororities have something similar to this.
