Not likely to happen with a conservative President, Congress and FCC.

Consider:

Huge fines to CBS and it's owned stations for the Janet Jackson "wardrobe malfunction."

Big fines to Clear Channel and Viacom for Howard Stern.

ABC stations refusing to carry "Saving Private Ryan" because they're afraid the FCC will fine them for language and violence.

Sanctions against other radio stations for various "shock jock" situations.

Michael Powell (Colin's son) says he would like to hang around as FCC Chairman, and I haven't heard anything to indicate that the re-elected President is in a hurry to change anything at FCC.

Despite the backlash, I thought is was a funny segment. Strange thing though, is how everyone is backing off of responsibility. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/200...x.html?cnn=yes This article was pretty good in talking about it.

I don't get the Eagles though. Why is this racy comapred to the photos of their cheerleaders, LINKED from their website that children can see anytime of day. Their cheerleaders show more skin 24/7 on that website than the 15 second segment showed. It is just so hypocritical. We won't back that commerical but come see lots of soft porn on our website. Yea United States!
