Thanks for the update. I also wanted to let you know, I am not sure where you live but in NYS, there is a special waiver program for people who have Traumatic Brain Injury. I recently started working for it providing service coordination. People are eligible for a whole bunch of great services to help them with their rehabilitation. It may be worth looking into for your friend and her family.
