The Magic Flute!

I have six cats -- Kierkegaard (calico), Valkyrie (sound familiar?) (tortie), Lilly (torbie, if that's the right word -- sort of a tabby/calico/brown mix), Xochitl (blue point Siamese), Jupiter (brown tabby) and Peep (brown tabby). Xochitl is Jupiter & Peep's mom.

I have a golden hamster named Lucky. I named her that because she was given to me after someone found her tied up in a plastic bag. I don't know how anyone could do that to a cute little hamster, but they did. Lucky is alive and well and loves her new home. She especially loves to run around the apartment in her ball.

I have three horses, and I've had (and shown) two of them for years, which explains their slightly advancing age. Feeling Chipper (Bubba) is a 14-year-old Tennessee Walking Horse. Parader's Tramp Delight (Fergie) is an 11-year-old Racking Horse. And Lucky, who doesn't have a show name yet, is an almost 2-year-old McCurdy Plantation Horse. Gotta love those horses that don't trot! (Ok, sorry, had to represent for the gaited horses.)

I also have a half-lop-ear, half New Zealand bunny named Suzie.

#3 newest Ashland kitty is Michael Ronee' - my ex and I found him on an abandoned high way. we named him after both our middle names.

I have one cat named Oreo. Yes I know that's not original. My friends cat had 2 kittens and my friend gave me one. She had already named her. So I kept the name.

She rarely gets called Oreo, if ever. We usually call her Bumbie!
