Man I need to carry a camera around with me. Y'all would really be like WTH

DST from across the way threw a cookout last week and these dudes had on some shirts that read, "Property of DST"

I was like what the hell.

Turns out these dudes were contestants in the Mr. Delta pageant.

Still seemed a lil suspect to me

They must've REALLY wanted to be Mr. Delta. I don't think I know a guy who would wear a shirt like that for any reason. I agree....suspect.

You know I thought that too. But the pageant was held a few weeks before they cookout, I think.

We need a smiley that shrugs.

Jay-Z's sign is a diamond...this dude throwin up something way different. Maybe he is tryin to be cool *he saw it on tv*. On another note...I've seen pics of guys my age throwing up delta signs...they claim it too. As a matter of fact, i know dudes that claim DST and AKA respectively. (They don't claim the same org...i know guys who claim each.)

Ok, in all fairness, when I first saw Jay-Z/Damon and the rest of their crew throwing up their hand sign, I thought it was DST's pyramid. So maybe he does too and decided to "represent" for Roc-A-Fella.

I know I'm grasping at straws here, but its either that or he's a member of the gay male version of DST (and I'm not talking about Beauxs or Gents) I don't what their "name" is but folks especially in the ATL probably know what I'm talking about (or at least that's the only place I've seen 'em).

Nope, he's trying to rep Delta. Why, I don't know.

How I can tell: the careful thumb and middle finger placement. The thumbs are straight and the middle fingers touch. It's meant to be a pyramid.

Rockafella diamonds don't have straight thumbs. The thumbs point downwards because it's supposed to represent a diamond.

Unhappy

I just read this thread. In his first pic on his site does anyone else thinks it looks like his head is superimposed on someone else's body?

If you all could just excuse me, I need to speak my piece on this. I have to make you all aware that I'm not a part of DST, although I do have aspirations, but out of respect for those I know who are in DST, I must say this is outrageous!! However, if you read the page, he says that he only did it to enrage people, which was all the more ridiculous. I was kind of thrown off by the first paragraph, but reading through gave the conclusion that he was only doing that to be stupid. I think that's when people learn to ignore ignorance.
