Why does Britneys life have to be the front page of newspapers,on radios and TV and on CNN!
I think this whole thing is ridiculous. My feeling is we dont know her so why bother...people do things like this all the time. I had a friend that was competely drunk and got married in vegas because they thought it would be funny( yea a lil dumb but they did it). So there are people out there that think its a funny idea, this time it happened to be Britney.

I have never been drunk in Vegas *yet* but I know that I have been intoxicated many times and have never thought about just running off and getting married lol! poor Britney now its all over the news and this poor kid well he got to marry her for one day

Yeah I heard it on this news radio station... first it was all over the newspapers about her being drunk on NYE now it's this.

How could it be a JOKE that got out of hand when they went to get married and had to leave to get a marriage license first...and THEN proceeded to get married. A joke would have been trying to get married and let the press have a hay day with it. But going out of your way to get the actual marriage license and then doing it - that's not a joke. There's some thought that goes into that

I for one am a huge fan of Brit and I think its awesome that she was married in Vegas!! How many people are lucky enough to marry a childhood friend for the weekend? I would totally marry one of my childhood friends (Adam) in Vegas if I could! Now she can say that was married at least once, and because an anullment will take place, he is not legally entitled to her fortune. Way to party like a RockStar!

Heh. A guy in my class is a friend of her family. I'm sure he knows her "husband," too. The area where she's from is so small, and is so near where I am, everyone plays 6 degrees of Britney all the time.

Shame her cousin Laura Lynne couldn't be there and be maid of honor - she had to be in NOLA to dance as a golden girl.
