Do you have any subway stories?

I'm really not used to dealing with public transportation and so my visit to Boston was interesting. I blogged the following story and I thought I'd share.

The subway cars were packed like sardines for many of our rides in the past few days. Lot of "standing room only" situations. In any case, it's not an adventure I get to experience everyday

A couple nights ago, went to watch Matrix 3 at the Loews Boston Common. On our way back home after the movie, my bf warned me of possible freaks on the subway. I pretty much dismissed this as something that occurs later at night- it was only 10:30pm. We shuffled onto the subway.

Two giggling girls were having problems getting off the car as we made our way in. Problems in the fact that one was sitting funny and having difficulty getting up from her seat while the other was helping her up. We sat across from this commotion- you gotta act quickly if you want a seat on the train :P In any event, the girls finally left. One of the girls left a nice gift on her seat- a puddle of piss.

Most passengers stared in disbelief. The word from others was that the girl really needed to go to the restroom. Before getting onto this train, she was in another stuffed subway car- telling her friend that she needed to relieve herself. It was observed she could not hold it- she formed a wet spot in her pants and there was a lovely puddle on the floor of the car.

An unsuspecting kid sat in the seat next to the puddled seat and laid his hand near the liquid. No one said a thing and we were surprised he didn't notice. Then came the shock of discovery. Then the EWWWW. Then the handy cell phone with cam was whipped out.

Always check the subway seat before sitting in it. You never know.
