I used to live in a house where the people changed rather frequently, and we agreed to use this method:

MORE MEN THAN WOMEN = leave the seat up

MORE WOMEN THAN MEN = leave the seat down

(there were five people in the house, so we didn't have to worry about ties)

It worked well.

On the other hand, we should not have to do so in the privacy of our own homes.

Just know men that we women are right and when we say PUT THE SEAT DOWN we mean it! I live at home right now til I can afford my own place, and since my brother isnt here anymore its just my mom, dad, and I so you think with one less guy he could put it down since he is out numbered, but noooo he doesn't. So for all you guys unless you live by yourself PUT THE SEAT DOWN. Gotta luv us women who complain about you boys.

i have a solution: install urinals in the bathroom for the men and close it off in its own little area

about cleaning: use one of those "cleans after every flush" things, just place it in the toilet and its clean

about the cat problems: poison the water
