I'm sorry about your test.

I will do my best to find easy alumnae. I met a 20 something biochemist, but I'm not sure how easy she is.

Had the citizens of Tennessee voted for him, Florida would have been irrelevant. And no Gov. Jeb Bush didn't 'come thru for him' as you posted. The Supreme Court did, with the help of the voters of Florida.
would have, should have, could have...the tennessee vote wasn't on the news, florida was. you act like everything the government does is legit. guess having friends in high places does that for you. it's evident from the great job he's doing today.

I really don't know why you would write this to/about me. Agree with my point or not, but have the common courtesy not to presume to know how I act based on a post on Greekchat. You don't know my friends or how I feel about the government and President Bush.

The Tennessee vote is the real story whether or not it was covered by the news media that you follow. The fact remains that a candidate can not win the Presidency of the United States without winning his home state.

Both of yall know that's a bogus statement. If Gore had won his home state he would have won. If he had won Florida he would have won. Hell, if he had won Texas he would have won. But the fact is that he didn't. Shady goings-on in Florida and a Supreme Court final decision aside, it doesn't matter much now, does it?

In the whole scheme of things, no. I was just wondering if it you posting under another name when the subject is possibly controversal was going to become a trend.

Optimist: literally translated it means "name of war" but it's actually just a way for someone who wants to use her musty, dusty old English degree to say pseudonym

The controversy was Florida. The real story was Tennessee. Don't personally attack me and I won't get so sensitive.

It isn't a bogus statement. It's a legitimate point that if a presidential candidate can not carry his home state, he will not win the election.

You guys make me laugh, we vote for a president and expect him to do this kind of stuff. Each political party always gets upset about something "He attacks innocent countries", "Bush made me poor", "I lost my car keys, thanks a lot Dubya." Eh, it's gonna happen again and again with every president, welcome to our government. I'll probably vote for him this time around, just because there is no good person left to vote for. At least with Bush you know what you're getting, and I'm more comfortable with a guy who has hot daughters running around and not trying to screw the fat interns at the white house
