Zeta Chi = Univ of Western Ontario!!!
Sounds sooooooo far away from Georgia! But hey, that's super strong bonds of sisterhood!

My ex-husband's niece went to UNC-Wilmington and I so hoped she would be recruited by AGD but I think she ended up an Alpha Xi Delta a couple years ago.. it was after my divorce so I have a hard time getting details now. I am convinced that she decided to go Greek because of me though! I always wore letters around my teenage nieces and they were always asking me questions about what it was like to be in a sorority. I was the "cool" aunt because my ex-husband's sisters were much older than him and I was actually closer in age to my nieces than to my sisters-in-law.. they were so impressed that I had a Natalie Merchant CD..lol.

Ahhh! I love Natalie Merchant! I hope to convince my niece (who is 8) to go Greek. Right now I am working on my stepson (not easy because his father is not Greek)
Sorry, I am all up in your board crashing and all that!

Congratulations to Alpha Beta! I'm so glad that numbers are steadily improving for you!
Along the same lines, I have numbers for Theta Phi at the University of Tampa. They are one of our newest chapters. Quota was 28, and they welcomed 12 new baby squirrels! This is a great improvement for their chapter as they are trying to close the gap between them and chapters that are 10-20 years older than them.
I know how much we LOVE to see the QUOTA sign next to each chapter's name, but I think its REALLY important that we also praise and cheer on the chapters who are making steady improvement during recruitment every single year. With time and hard work, these chapters will eventually get to quota too!
Kudos to Alpha Beta and Theta Phi!

I concur!
Having come from a chapter that was brand new!! I agree with Maria. It is easier to stay on top then it is to be the underdog. I love hearing that soooo many of our chapters are reaching Quota and Total but I think the most praise needs to go to the ladies that have worked to climb the ladder.
Congrats to all the chapters that have improved their numbers and good luck to all the chapters that still have to rush.
