And I suppose that I will look forward to the next plane to crash into one of our buildings since the democraps are SO *right* about not finding weapons of mass destruction....but I never was so good at hide-and-seek. Some people were just better at hiding especially after being given so much ADVANCE warning through the multiple inspections that the democraps kept asking for. You know, if you give a drug dealer just "one more chance" to hide his drugs before the police show up, he'll probably find a way to do it!

Now, now, democraps -- do not take this opportunity to respond as this is OUR forum (since you feel compelled to point that out) -- and we will just sit back and wait for the rest of you to follow suit and VACATE the premises.

(If you are sitting there stuttering to yourself about how I *can't* do this and get away with it....I just did! Think about the lines in the Austin Powers movies where Dr. Evil is "shushing" Scott or telling him to "zip it" because that's the picture I am sending out!)

Wow, I mean wow......All that was pointed out was for the democrats to stay out of the republican thread and the republicans to stay out of the democrat thread. But it's great to see people resort to name calling.

Aren't you an officer of your sorority as well?

I happen to be a "Democrap" - but...get this, I actually AGREE with some Republican ideas and policies, and I feel like Bush has done some things well in his administration.

What you've done is paint all Democrats the same way, and probably offended the many of us who are more middle of the road. It is just as offensive to claim that Democrats would "work on some legislation to let Saddam become a US citizen" as it is to blindly criticize Republicans.

All Democrats are not hippies, just as all Republicans are not rich money-grubbers. By trying to demean a very marginalized section of the Democratic party, you've overtly insulted the others of us who have been civil in our discussions about policy.

I think there are plenty of intelligent, kind and compassionate Republicans who do this country proud - and I think it's a shame that you've said the things you've said and portrayed your party so badly.

Just because people are criticizing your party blindly doesn't mean you have to stoop to the same level

Hopefully you read this message and took it in the right spirit.

My family comes from a Country where they starve their people because of foolish pride. They came here to give me a better life and I thank God everyday. Although I am proud of my Korean heritage, I am a born and bred American, Southern American for that matter. These threads just show how wonderful our country is. We can have our own opinions, make insulting comments, and say WTH we want....and we can't be arrested, killed, or punished.

I respect all political backgrounds and views. However, insulting comments are not my thing.

I mean here is a prime example for you people -- you come on here bitching that republicans (I do remember that generalization being made as REPUBLICANS not pointed out to say certain people, KSig) are "invading" your forum for democraTs and that we should stop, yet here you are all up in this forum....

I am just asking people to THINK for a minute -- if it took me "resorting" to the things I said to make you realize that YOU are the ones perpetuating the quote/unquote "problem" then so be it.

All I did was put my THOUGHTS and OPINIONS out here in reply to the things I read on the democraTs thread (where I am apparantly not allowed to post considering the replies that were received about us invading the forum). So I am posting HERE in the forum for REPUBLICANS. If this doesn't pertain to you, then go back to your thread and REPLY to mine! See how easy this is?

You cannot speak out of both sides of your mouth -- you cannot say on the one hand "you invaded our forum" and then when I move the thoughts here to "our" forum say "you are saying things that we don't like and you are a bad person, a bad representation of AXO, a bad representation of GOP, a bad bad bad person period because we don't like the fact that you put a little heat into things because we want to protect free speech, other peoples not yours, and because we want it to be our way all the way" -- but I guess you CAN do that because you just DID, right?!

First of all, I use "you people" all the time -- but if you knew me, you'd know that -- check out some of my other bazillion posts on here throughout the forum and you'll see it used. Only someone LOOKING for something to use against me would find it!

As for the bad representation of a MODERATOR on GC -- take it up with John -- or start a discussion about me on the mod forum and let's have it out. I did NOT personally attack you or anyone -- I simply stated that I had DELETED my own posts from the democraTs forum, and was bringing my thoughts here. I never said that YOU were a cry baby, pissy pants, etc. -- if you chose to put on those shoes, then that was your choice not mine. Talk about putting WORDS in the mouth.... see, there we go again, hypocritical people are everywhere!! Its not just me!
