I'd like to throw in my vote for San Antonio.
There are a good amount of us from the area, and we know the city pretty well and can come up with some good ideas.
Hope to see y'all down.

I'm already living here in San Antonio so I'm game. I prefer Floore countrystore is everyone comes down. I'm available for any date. Sounds like fun!

I already looked into that. Pat Green is performing Friday, June 27, and tickets are $20 presale and $25 at the door. I didn't think many people would be willing to pay that amount, especially after some have already spent money to travel.

Yeah, but we'd be the thr coolest GC kids EVER if we took in Pat Green at OUR meeting.
I do understand about the financial aspects tho.

Well, it's up to the TX GC'ers. I'm down for whatever. A Pat show might be over the top though. We are from Texas, so it's okay. We're good like that. We are envied by all of GC, remember? We can do whatever we want.
Seroiusly though, I think dinner and a casual get-together at a bar/pub type place would work well.

Oh, me too!
Count me in for meeting up if it's going to be in San Antonio! I'll be attending Law School there in the fall and need to find an apartment soon. So, I could make the trip double duty.

Ahh! Congrats!! In my best Reese Witherspoon voice, "I go there." A few of my chapter sisters who have graduated stayed at St. Mary's for graduate school and law school. I might just do the same.

So is it S.A. or Austin? If Austin is the place we could meet at Iron Cactus downtown on the roof top (nice views of the city) have some margaritas and then go from there.

Place really hasn't been decided because nobody really said "Let's have it here." I'll say let's do it in Austin. It's more of a centralized location. Iron Cactus sounds great!

Keep it in San Antone... though I wouldn't mind Austin. Gonna be lazy enuff to check out the fares on Southwest -- shouldn't be too expensive.

Oh, right. You can only do San Antone, huh? If anybody CAN ONLY meet in Austin, please come forward and say so. Dude, this is so not stable, going back and forth. WE need to just decide. Since most everyone seems indifferent about it, other than AlphaSigOU who can only get together in SA, how about we just have it in SA then? Fo sho this time. No more changing. This can't fall thorugh like last year. We aer the TEXAS GC'ers. They're all jealous of us. C'mon now! San Antone, get ready for us GC'ers! Everyone with me? No objections???
edited to add: I kinda feel like this was a Tom Earp post. Hmmmm.

i'm game for both...but remember you need about two weeks lead time to get southwest tickets -- at least cheap ones.
