bye bye belinda!

I'm glad pocahontas got kicked out. she had a terrible attitude. She just perpetuates the stereotype of the "angry black woman"..

Next week looks more interesting with the cops showing up and everything . What does everyone else think?
Well, it looks like one or two more people will be kicked out of the house next week. The previews show Chopper and one of the other guys getting into a nasty fight outside and the cops were involved.

I was not surprised that Belinda got kicked out so quickly. Puffy and crew are not taking any B.S. from those people in the house. If you got a funky attitude or don't abide by their rules - get the packing 'cause you're going home!!!!

Pocahontas brought a Jerry Springer quality to it when she started going off about her boyfriend sleeping with someone she thought was her friend. She should have left that baggage at the door. You don't need to air that kind of drama about you. I did feel she was disrespectful when she was talking to the exec. Every other word out of her mouth was an expletive. I don't think Puffy should have made fun of Jamie crying on camera.

These past few shows have made me look at Puffy differently. He doesn't miss a moment to show his wealth. It's like a Puffy infomercial.

Talking I love Making the Band!

This show is too funny. I have been watching from the beginning and haven't missed an episode. I watch this more than the Real World (for some reason, Las Vegas is just not doing it for me.)

Anyway, here's my take on Making the Band:

Mysterious: I don't think that she's talented at all. Other than her deep voice, I don't think that she really has anything to offer. She's not saying anything and I don't think that her lyrics are hot at all. Personally, I wish that she would put a little more effort into her appearance. I know that she's a lyricist but lyricists can be pretty and put-together. I was so disappointed at the final showcase when she performed in sweatpants and a t-shirt with her ponytail looking three weeks old. Appearance isn't everything but when you're a performer, it sure is a lot.

Chopper: I don't like him either. He is just a little too cocky and arrogant for my tastes. Once again, I don't think that he is all that talented. I sure wouldn't buy any of his work. He just needs to calm himself down and realize that he is replaceable.

Belinda: I never liked her from the beginnning and I am glad that she is gone. For her to have been begging them to keep her, she sure did get a funky attitude once she got into the house. I'm glad to see that she's gone.

Jaime: I actually do like Jaime. He is talented and he is a real person. He is not pretending to be from the streets or to have had a hard life. He comes from a good family and he just likes to rap. I think that he'll go places. I just wish that the show would focus on him a little more so that we can see more of his personality.

Finally, I did like Tondalaya and Breanna. I thought that at least one of them would make it. I think that Puff didn't pick Breanna because he didn't want her to seem like a bootleg Alicia Keys, the comparisons would be inevitable.

Unhappy Had me in tears....

Did anybody see it last night???!!! All I can say is that I was in tears ... TEARS, you hear me??? Not only did Mysterious lose her little sister, but the manner in which she lost her just blew my mind . I really hope she comes back to the show after she gets a chance to mourn. I know most people wouldn't be thinking about the show after something so horrific happens, but I think that the show may be her ticket to making major moves in her life. I'm sure her sister would want her to get out of the hood and on to bigger and better opportunities. Man, I'm still in so much shock. I hope that we get to hear a bit more about what happened. I mean, who killed her, for what reason, if the perpetrator is caught, etc....

Yeah, what happened to Mysterious' sister was really messed up. According to this week's TV Guide, Mysterious does return to the house after mourning the death of her sister. So, just continue to tune into the show.....

You are not the only one. I felt SO bad for Mysterious. I thought she was going to say her sister was shot, but when she said what she did, I was speechless. I really like Mysterious and am hoping for the best fior both her and her family. It had to be really hard for her to come to grips with her sister's death, especially the manner in which she died. Does anyone know if this was her biological sister? I know she said that she was in and out of foster care. Just wondering.

On a lighter note, can someone please explain why Allah and/or Chopper did not get kicked off the show last night? Both of them were just acting a FOOL. Fighting, throwing garbage cans, and biting?!?! I'm really surprised that Puff & Crew didn't give them both walking papers.:

Well I guess P.Diddy and company doesn't care if you act like a fool and disrespect yourself on tv as long as you don't disrespect them.

I was thinking the same thing. The swiftness with whcih Belinda was gone made me just know they were going to be right out the door after fighting in the street, getting the cops involved, etc. Their actions could actually bring liability to the show and the label. But maybe that is the double standard between the boys and the girls or maybe the singers and the rappers since so many MC's have that "image." Or Puff diddy daddy knowing how his a$$ was staying in trouble for a minute sympathizing.

I was also in tears when Mysterious described how her sister was kiled. I was shocked and saddened. If anyone does not believe life is stranger than fiction...puhleeze. No one could have written that in if they tried.

I missed this episode, does anyone know when they play the replays? Just in case I don't catch it, what happened to Mysterious' sister?

The replay of the episode will be shown on the following dates:

Fri 12/06 5:30 PM

Sun 12/08 10:30 AM

Mon 12/09 5:00 PM

As far as Mysterious' sister she had been missing for a few days. A woman where they live had taken her trash out one day and discovered body parts. It turned out to be her (Mysterious') sister.

Talking "Smokeahantas" and "Flopper"

Hi GREEKCHAT!

Well, I'm so happy to see that I am not the only one watch MTV's Making the Band! The show is seriously funny. I was so disgusted by Pochahantas and her "potty mouth". After all was said and done, she sat there crying on Jamie's shoulder. I would have been satifsified if they would have let her get away with a verbal warning, but this is a lesson she will carry for the rest of her life.

As for Chopper and Allah, why did Allah throw a garbage can at the boy and hit him in the face? He is already very "special looking"! LOL

I am tired of Jamie crying and stuff. Puffy made a good point when he said that he wants to cry all the time, just because of all of the troubles he has being a black man in AmeriKKKa, that was deep.
Now Jamie is crying because he didn't like Choppers retort to his little rhyme...boo hoo hoo! I can't wait to see the new episode tonight.
Even if you don't like Puffy, ya watch the show!

Alright let's look at who made the chopping board this week:

1. Yazmin - hmm, I really have nothing bad to say about her

2. Dylan- okay why does he think he's coming back and says that his going away is an "intermission". Um, okay

3. Jamie- I kind of figured that he would be leaving. I didn't think that Puff was too fond of him after the crying scene.

4. Jamirah- even though Puff said he doesn't discriminate , I think that he let her go simply due to her pregnancy.

Someone is returning to the house next week, who do YOU think it is?

Either Jamirah or Yazmin will be returning next week, they showed who it was from behind and it was a girl with a bushy blonde ponytail. Also, I was a little disappointed that Jaime was kicked off the show. Personally, I thought that he was the most talented rapper, or the most talented one that we get to see because there still are a lot of people in the house that we don't know yet. Anyway, I think that Puff eliminated Jaime just because of the crying scene. It's not fair, but neither is life.

Also, as for last week's episode, I was hoping that Chopper really did go back to New Orleans. I don't like him and I don't think that he can rap. Of course, we all knew that he was bluffing and wasn't about to leave, talkin bout "I'll take Greyhound."

My heart really goes out to Mysterious. I was crying right along with her. A death like that is really hard to deal with and it seemed like her sister was young, just a teenager. I will keep her in my prayers.

I was shocked at some of the cuts but not really syprised.

I felt the white guy has skills but the crying incident would make it hard for him to be taken seriously.

The latina girl could really sing, so I wasn't expecting that. T

The pregnant girl I was sure was out because being in the house would have been a lot of stress on her and her baby.

The guy with the legal problems was very talented but P. Diddy has had enough of his own problems with the law. He knows what thats like.

My heart also went out to Mysterious.
