Gyrl7, they competed by seeing how long they could have upside down on a monkey-bar type thing. Puck won for the guys and Ruthie for the girls. Laterean was the first to fall after only 19 seconds. They reluctantly voted him off because he proved to be a weak link in the past two events. The girls voted Beth off and gave Gladys the award for having a lot of "heart" even though she didn't participate.

Okay...I MUST give commentary after last night's episode...

1. THE INTRO IS JUST WAAAAAAY TO CORNY FOR WORDS.

2. I don't understand how they could keep someone on the team that's 1) pregnant and 2) didn't even compete. How is Gladys an asset to the team if all she has is heart? I really can't stand Beth but I would have voted Gladys off because she's gaining free prizes and not doing anything for it.

3. The only reason why I think Gladys is on the show is even though the grand prize is $150,000, I beleive they earn money per episode that they are on. Since she's "with child" she may need the money. That's the only reason I can think of that she may be on the show

3. Laterrian (sp?) was an awesome motivator for the guys and I really hated to see him leave.

4. I had Ruthie's back last night. She hung from that bar with so much ease.

Last night was a perfect example as why many women do not get ahead. The guys are voting off the weakest links, while the girls are voting off people who they dislike. Gladys is pregnant and is just taking up space, instead of voting her off they gave her the lifesaver. They voted off Beth and Julie (who was very strong in competition) because they said they weren't team players----which translates into oh such and such did not talk to me...she won't be my friend...she's not "nice"...let's vote her off.

How are they going to keep up with the guys when the game gets more competitive and less political towards the end?

Dionysus, you are absolutely right, that is why I am rooting for the men to win this. The women started off dramatical with all these tired issues. It's too much for me.

Skeeliteful, girl I don't even know why they bothered letting Gladys on the show. I mean I know she needs the money, but she may not even make it far enough to win any. Then her whole trip would have been all for nothing when she could have been home working a job where she would be guaranteed money and better preparing for her baby. This is a stupid move on her part, im sorry

First off all, The opening is corny and too long.

David is suppose to be an adult. Yet, he kept pushing Puck and pushing Puck. There was a time when I didn't like Puck, but I felt David was the instigator, unless there was something that happened earlier.

Melissa is just playing the game. I personally felt they messed themselves up voting off Julie, but I'm not there.

Gladys needs to go home. I know she needs the money for her child but she is dead weight. These are physical challenges and she is at a disadvantage.

Laterrian is so cute. I am sorry he's gone.

Voting off Beth was funny to me. On Colin's website, he talks about how Beth followed Ruthie into the bathroom while she was using it and begged her to not vote her off. He goes on to tell how Beth has been so phony towards her. Check it out. www.colinsworld.com

I was NOT feeling him after how he dogged Amaya during their season (even if she asked for it, I felt bad at how he turned the WHOLE HOUSE against her).

Julie may be articulate, but I'm siding with Melissa on this one. Everything I read from other Real Worlders is saying that Julie and her family have a bad habit of swindling other Real Worlders out of jobs and money, and then pretending like they are innocent victims. At first I was mad at Melissa for being unfair, but such a large number of other Real Worlders can't be wrong. Julie got what was coming to her.

I agree with almost everything you said, except for the part about David. I feel that Puck was being just as immature and rude by calling David a crackhead. It is impossible to have an argument alone, therefore Puck had to be arguing as well. I believe it is disgusting as well as degrading to spit on anyone, especially in the face. Therefore I think it is totally unfair and absurd that Puck was allowed to stay after spitting on someone.
