In Dallas, it was in the 80s on Saturday. Yesterday was warm and muggy with a tornado watch. Tonight we have a freeze warning. Typical Dallas.

The wind was so strong earlier that the really, really tall building I work in (pretty well known tallest building in the D) was swaying big time. People were getting dizzy and nauseous.

It has to move with the wind or else it would be in danger of "breaking", but it is definitely freaky when it is that bad.

76 this morning.
46 this afternoon.
RAIN RAIN RAIN. Hail and tornadoes to the north of us, so it could have been much worse.

We'll yeah, all skyscrapers bend/sway, it's just that the description you posted would make me nervous.

OK, Fox 8 News Cleveland (yeah, I'm calling you out.)
So the region got a non-accumulating dusting of snow overnight is your lead story? That's the most important thing you had to tell a waking NE Ohio? Really. This is Ohio, not like you haven't seen snow before.
This dusting will be melted by noon if not sooner (it is April, after all.) I get early morning "happy talk" but let it be about something. Otherwise, I will start getting to the remote before wifey and running SportsCenter while dressing for work. (because re-hearing last night's scores is just about as important as breathless reporting on a quarter-inch of snow.)
Snow...in Ohio....who'd have thunk it.

We have 2 inches of new snow, and it hasn't melted yet. We were told we'd get a half inch and it would immediately melt. Old Man Winter is being very stubborn!

They said 1-3 for us and we seemed to get about 2 inches at my house, but it didn't stick to the pavement. It stuck to my car pretty darn good and I had to really scrape those windows.
They have officially announced that in Detroit we have broken the all time snowiest winter ever record with 94.8 inches. Our average winter snowfall is 42.7 inches so we just about doubled the average. I'm totally ok with not seeing any more snow until at least December. Done. Over. It.
