The setting is like a castle and the chef is running up an enormous
flight of stairs. He reaches the top and below him is a formal dining table with 50 or so people. Out of breath he yells "DON'T EAT THE SALMON", the guests look at their empty plates, only fish bones remaining, and get a really sick look. Announcer says-"Is your market news a little slow?" ...or something close to that.

AFLAC-love those too!

One year on an awards show for commercials, they had three little Japanese boys in a tub. The oldest stepped out and dried off and was followed by the second child. The littlest one was still in the tub and you saw three little air bubbles-ping ping ping and then he jumped out.

I saw a sneek preview of some of the superbowl commercials on FOX news and they look good! Pepsi reliving old commercials, 7-UP pinups...Levi's allowing you to vote for the commercial you want to see during the super bowl!!!!
I can't wait! I just hope there aren't a lot of those stupid dot com commercials. Those weren't all that funny!

What about the cell phone one with text messaging. It's a shot of a guy, then a shot of a girl, both text messaging each other. The phone displays "our spot 8pm" and then they get there and speak sign language to one another. How sweet!

There is a Target commercial out right now about a girl parallel parking her car and hits a car in the process. She opens her trunk, where she has hundreds of nail polishes in every color. She chooses the right color and then goes and "polishes" the scratches on the car she hit as a policewoman watches. It is soooo funny!!!!!!!

Thumbs up

My fav commercial of all time is only played around winter/the holiday season. It's a cell phone commecrial, but I'm not sure which company. There's a man and a woman standing next to a broken down car and the woman is mad because they don't have a cell phone to call a tow truck. "You didn't buy me a cell phone, you bought me a waffle iron! Maybe I'll just use my fluffy new bath towels to send up smoke signals!" hehe, I love it!!!

My new favorite commercial is definitely the one for Sprint...with the sick monkey. The lady says "I told him to get a movie, something old." and he thought she said "get a monkey with a cold." The monkey is SOOOO cute and his actions and demeanor are HYSTERICAL

I LOVE the monkey commercial...that little bit at the end where he is blowing his nose? So cute! I *think* its debut was during the first game of the World Series, and all us Rally Monkey fans were ROLLING!

All the Sprint PCS commercials are pretty clever, though...I also crack up at the one with Siegfried and Roy in the convenience store.

Favorite is still AFLAC though...the one with Yogi Berra was priceless.

Aw, dang it, you spoiled it! Now I'll just have to watch the game instead

Wow... Anheuser-Busch is running 10 ads... big shock I do miss the "Bud Bowl" though - that was a good concept. (Still won't touch Bud with a barge pole, though )

I loved the Post-It commercials with the squirrels... especially the one where they're designing plans for raiding the bird feeder, and at the end they execute one of their plans - "So you can have a productive meeting... and then do lunch."

I saw this commercial during the Super Bowl one year, couple years ago I guess. It was for Tobassco sauce. The guyis sitting on his porch in a stupor, he'd eaten a buttload of pizza which he had put Tobassco sauce ALLLL over. So this mosquito flies onto him and bites him. When it flies away, it exploded!!!!!! I thought that was THE funniest commercial I had EVER seen in my life. It sounds gross, but it was hilarious.

And what's up with that xm commercial where Snoop falls outta the ceiling?? That was dumb.
