okay I am just a little excited; it was the clue of Omega Chapter paired with "with love and careful thought" that rang the bell. And the description of the actual physical chapter, which is stunning. As a little girl, and a teenager, driving to Berkeley to pick my dad up at his workplace, I'd drive down Bancroft and I fell in love with UCBerkeley. So, of course, I went to UCSantaBarbara.
