Well, since there are people here who don’t believe me, I’ll just cut to the chase and tell you that Chardonnay and I both ended up with only one preference party. Your mean and cynical doubts have just deprived yourselves from hearing about the beautiful, moving, ceremony that is LADYBUG preference.
The next morning, we went to Post Office, and got our envelopes.
The LADYBUGS came running towards us and literally swept us off our feet (no, really, they picked us up and carried us back to the house).
And that night, I finally found out Chardonnay’s secret, which is……











She’s related to General Patton on her dad’s side.
I’ve decided that discretion is the better part of valor, and I won’t reveal what national sorority LADYBUGS is, but I’ve been told that our initiation involves a giant animatronic ladybug and spoons. Lots and lots of spoons. So that may be a hint to any of my initiated sisters on this board…..

Somehow this brings to mind an episode of L&O:SVU where a judge was asked to recuse himself on the grounds of bias, but he refused because he didn't think he was biased, and because he was the judge, it was up to his judgement whether he actually was biased.
