I regret ever thinking that I would want to get married before I finish college especially to the creep who asked me.(Luckily never married anyone)
I also regret working so much while going to school.

Regrets
1)losing my virginity at a young age
2)letting people take advantage of me
3) not saving enough money
4)living with someone I didn't like the first semester of freshman yr bc I didn't want to be mean and leave her - due to this I was misereable
5)I wished I would have spent more time with my sorority sisters my freshman yr instead of hanging out in my room depressed
6)Getting caught deflating the tires of a guy who screwed me over- they were supposed to be doing pledge stuff- how was Angie and I to know they were done-it didn't help that we unintentionally had both wore dark jeans, black boots and belts, black sleeveles shirts, have the same hair color(Feria-bottled color), and wore red jackets. Angie was cool throughout the thing, but I was an ididot. I made up a lame excuse- I was drunk! Oh the memories!
7) Not studying hard enough
8)Being a theater major my freshman yr
9)not spending enough time on my looks
10) Crying too much
11) attempting self-mutilation but then I reazlied Ow this hurts!

MoxieGrrl, I'm so sorry that you went (and are still going through) the physical/emotional pain of anorexia. My good friend went through that, and she has changed a lot, I realize. It was so awful to see her go through so much pain, at such a young age. Please take good care of yourself and know that you are/will always be beautiful, no matter how much "weight" you put on!!

not fulfilling a huge mutual crush in college. We were both in relationships at the time, his was near the end. Sigh. A word of advice to all you collegians: You are young, life is not as serious as it looks.
He got married and his marriage is not going so well. I'm engaged and that's going much better but it still doesn't erase the regret.

Oh, well ...
Yup, have to agree with the Credit Card thing. *sigh*
The other thing is that I wish I wasn't mess around my freshman year, it is hard to pull up your GPA after ruining your first year's GPA.
Life goes on ... learn from mistakes.

sigh...
1. Staying at the Phi Tau house WAY TOO MUCH my sophomore yr in college, which resulted in a HORRIBLE gpa that semester
2. Loosing my virginity at a young age
3. Not trying to get back with my ex when I had a chance (but now is a good thing that I didn't)
4. Not getting better grades in HS
5. Not studying hard enough to pass my math class (I HATE MATH)
6. Not telling my grandfater I love him (he is getting way too old to not say this)
7.Quitting cheerleading in HS (I could have gotten a scholarship to cheer, but I hated my sponsor)
8. Not telling my friends in HS that I loved them, and thanks for the memories
9. Not moving to another city to start my huge acting career (lol)
10. Not getting into Northwestern University to study acting (I am not filthy rich enough to go there, my grades sucked...but hey, my heart was in the right place)
11. Not telling my Dad that he is the greatest thing in the world when I get into trouble
I could go on and on......

losing my best friend in college over a stupid fight-when you get older you realize close friends are harder to make and the ones that you have known since you were a gauky teenager are some of the most precious to have
taking 6 f&*$king years to get over my ex boyfriend

When I graduated high school, one friend left me these words:
"Don't miss temptations".
Another said:
"The only things we regret in life are the chances we didn't take".
Luckily, I listened to both of them and have no big regrets.
I do wish I would have gone off backpacking across Europe the summer after I graduated from college (I always said I wanted to).
Of course, I would probably still be paying off the trip if I had gone.
But seriously, why regret the very things that have shaped you into who you are today?

Yikes....I have quite a few, unfortunately.
1. Not being certified in CPR prior to February, 2000. Had I been I might have been able to save my mom's life.
2. Not pursuing my singing career when I was young enough to really do it.
3. Getting my degree in English instead of theatre or vocal performance.
4. Having no siblings....(I know I couldn't control that but to this day I feel like I missed out.)

"HERE WE GO AGAIN"
My biggest regret is messing my credit up as an undergraduate student.
My second regret I have is not taking a teaching position that was offered too me. (afraid that I wasn't ready when in fact I was ready more than I could have ever been). There goes my chance to increase my salary by $12,000. WHAT A FOOL I WAS.

Nothing you can do about the degree (unless ya go back for it), but you can ALWAYS better yourself artistically, especially if you love it. I mean, i've given lessons to people who are grandparents, they just want to learn. That's what's amazing about the human mind, we can always learn. There's really no excuse to pursue singing if that's really what ya want to do.
Hell, I'm behind ya!
