The Super Wal-mart by my apartment is relatively new and surprisingly ice, so I have no problems going there (plus, it's literally 30 seconds from my apartment complex). I go there primarily for their groceries and pharmacy. The only thing I absolutely will not do at Wal-mart is clothing. I comparison shop for everything else (whether it be Wal-mart, Target, or stores like Lowe's, BB&B, etc.)

I effing hate K-Mart.

My vote is for Target, by a lot.
Walmart is <10 minutes from my house, Target is ~30. I drive to Target.

Target always seems to be cleaner here but Wal-Mart has more of a selection. Target used to be more expensive also but lately I'm finding prices comparable. Also Wal-Mart always seems to be just a tad bit closer. I miss K-Mart, they are no longer in DFW
