Since you all are talking about this, I might as well say who's the biggest in the world!
TKE has almost 300 chapters and colonies in the US and Canada, with 9,000 current undergrad members, and 155,000 living alumni.

Around 200 chapters and 200K initiated.
We're the 272nd chapter to be founded out of 274 I believe.

Alpha Gam is installing our 180th chapter TOMORROW! (Sorry, I'm going to the installation and I'm REALLY excited, lol!)
As for numbers of initiates, the last official count I've seen was over 130,000 in 2001. I imagine we are fairly close to 140,000 by now.

We are on 93 campuses nationwide as of right now and roughly 115,000 members in total, I'm assuming this also includes members of Phi Sigma Epsilon before the merger. We have many non-active chapters including 2 canada.

Beta Sigma Phi Int'l HQ site & Collegiate chapters
Stan,
I put the national site on for info in general . International HQ does not list all of the individual chapter web pages (only those submitted). If you go to Int’l HQ site you can email membership & let them know you are a fellow Greek (give them 3 days for them to research).
Sorry You will have to do a search for any web pages for the following collegiate chapters.
University of Missouri - Kansas City
Zeta Delta Chapter Baton Rouge LA
Kettering University http://www.gmi.edu/~betasigb/ (several yrs)
Southwestern College of Kansas
Sam Houston State University http://www.shsu.edu/~stdeed12/BetaSigmaPhi.html
This link doesn't go directly to / but close enough SHSU.
St. Mary's University
Delta Pi (for the 5 college region11/02) http://pages.ivillage.com/umassbeta
NU Eta @ Clarion Univ PA (1/03) http://www.geocities.com/clarionbsp

First sorority to build and occupy a chapter house, first to use travelling consultants, and first to build an official website on the net.

Just to add:
We also have 166 Alumnae Chapters in the US and Canada, with Alum Chapters colonizing in Tokyo, Germany, and London!

You are correct, Alpha Gam was not the first fraternity to colonize in Canada. However, Alpha Gam DOES have the largest presence of any NPC north of the 48!
