Eight Weeks Before the Wedding
Bree wants the affair to be special and Karl agrees so he plans on getting a motel room. Gaby refuses to become Ana's legal guardian until she sees a change in her behavior. Lynette fears they will never be done raising children. Mike talks to Katherine about marrying Susan so she gives Mike the engagement ring back. Mike feels that it would be best for Susan to talk to Katherine but Susan wants to avoid her for as long as possible. Lee shows the Young house to the new family, the Bolens, but Angie demands to know what the problem with the house is so he informs them of Mary Alice's suicide, but she is completely unaffected by it so they buy the house. Angie reveals that their son Danny was the reason they moved to Wisteria Lane. Danny watches out the window as Susan welcomes Julie back.

Exactly. He never implied the house was Edie's, only that she was the previous "realtor" for the street. I guess we all just understand his comment differently.

OK! Now that makes sense and clears up my confusion. I probably heard "previous owner" when he said "previous realtor". Thanks all for clearing that up for me!

GAWD every time Katherine comes on screen I want to reach through the TV and punch her in the face! LOL

I wish they would have gotten rid of Katherine and kept Edie... Edie wasn't my favorite, but she beats out Katherine anyday.

I don't know how accurate these are. One of the 1st scenes says Angie spoke with the doctors when it was actually Bree.

Does anyone else think that Katherine had something to do with Julie's attack? I think Angie's son is too obvious.

The newest neighbors on Wisteria Lane are none other than Rebecca Staab (Elizabeth, Port Charles; ex-Jessie, Guiding Light) and David Chisum (ex-Miles, One Life to Live)! The duo will be introduced Tuesday, September 22, in the first of eight weekly Desperate Housewives-themed vignettes promoting Sprint Mobile before making the transition to the show on Sunday, October 25.

I was kind of wondering where they were going with these commercials.

Hmmm yea I think that's a possibility... she probably knows Susan would have gone ballistic on that guy, so she could throw herself on Mike.

Anyway, today was the best episode ever because there wasn't a scene that I remember with Katherine in it

oooooh! Good call - and Katherine appears to have more motive (that we KNOW OF) than Angie's strange, but not necessarily violent son.

I saw it coming during the party when the dad was flirting with Danny's friends. I hadn't seen it before then. When he walked into the room, before they showed his face, my son said "they aren't going to show him?" and I said "It's the dad" and then they showed his face.
