Wow doesn't seem like I missed a whole heck of a lot this season. I kind of stopped watching after the costume party episode (where they buried the clipboard).
I had a feeling, as much as I love Cappie and Casey together, that they would break them up (again). Although something tells me when the show ends, Cappie will "grow the heck up" and he and Casey will "ride off into the sunset" together. Writers never keep popular couples together, otherwise fans stop watching, so they gotta "keep the love" there but break them up and get them back together a bunch of times.

They never showed us Casey's letter. Maybe she was wait listed.

So its BAAAAACK. Anyone else been watching? Supposedly this 10 episode season is going to be it for Greek, which makes me sad. At the same time, I feel like they are REALLY stretching it for story material now. Of course we all knew Casey would end up staying at CRU through some twist of fate, and of course there's going to be SUPER C/C angst. What do y'all think?

Thoughts:
- I was so annoyed when Casey decided to stay - I understand why it was necessary to keep her character on the show for the final season, but here impulsive feelings based decisions make me twitch.
- I kind of liked last night's episode with the Kappa Taus having to try for rush. It was frustrating and endearing at the same time - I wanted to run in and teach them Phired Up hahaha.
- I like the nod to real Greeks by correcting the ZBZs who called Recruitment "Rush" - although they goofed on the terminology for PNMs.
- Legacy pledge will be Rusty's little brother - you heard it here first. No comment on the rumor of legacies having to get bids being perpetuated to incoming college student viewers...

And Dale totally sold the KT's out I just CANNOT believe it! That is SO not Dale, and considering his 2 best friends (Rusty and Cappie) are KT's.........I mean I......WHAT HAPPENED?

I will give Dale the benefit of the doubt...but he did like what Evan had to say about brotherhood and wanted that for himself, specifically he thinks that Omega Chi can give him that...
He will be disappointed of course....::sigh::

I LOVE Beaver! I'm glad they finally did an episode which focused on him. "What about the children?!"

I have always thought the writers of the show have to have been greek because some of the things that happen on the show are pretty accurate while being pretty harmless. I do believe this show is one of the reasons increase in greek life is up on quite a few campuses. it makes Greek life seem fun and not dark like most media examples.

I agree! And I think it's funny how many people I've talked to about Greek and they say "Oh, well you know it's based on BLANK university/college because the creator/producer went there."

Has anyone seen Glory Days? It is like watching an Animal House TV show with every bad cliche in the book, but surprisingly entertaining. Andy and I both like it.

I haven't been watching it, but I'm pretty sure there's an entire thread on here dedicated to how full of fail that show is, haha.

So Cappie and Casey are back together! I sure hope it stays this way, because there are only 4 episodes left *tear* And am I the only one who is slightly grossed out by the whole Ashleigh/Rusty thing? I don't know what I am going to do when this show is over, its one of my faves, next to True Blood, and I wasn't very happy with last season (being a Charlaine Harris purist and all)
