Since no one else will say it. Why not just post under your regular name. Damn, everyone here knows who you are. Don't front. You haven't changed. Still wayyyyyy too much mouth.

Might I suggest that the time you spend here typing, you could be educating your LSs, since you know so much and they don't. But the funny thing about knowledge is that no matter how much you think you know, there is always going to be someone who knows more than you. Your job is to make sure that your LSs are up to speed. When they go out here and claim XYZ chapter that reflects on you. So you would want to make sure that they know thier s&*t.

Well .. I am almost speechless....

But "sick of these folks" I must say that I was toooo busy during my process to even think straight

I will say.. that if your attitude relects how you will deal with disappointments that may occur if you become a member of MY sisterhood-- you have a long way to go

We have all had bad situations come up within our organizations-- but the way you handle it dear-- is to
speak with parties that have upset you
not use a public forum
whether anyone really knows your identity or not is not really the point

You can not run from yourself...

It doesn't matter who you are. If you have all of this time and energy to post and argue, then why not focus it on getting along with your line sisters? The current members of the chapter must have saw something in all of you to even extend membership to you.

While you're calling folks out of their name, what vibe are you sending out? If you have all this negative energy towards complete strangers on a PUBLIC board, I can only imagine what you do when you're around your line sisters. Believe me, your big sisters know EVERYTHING that's going on. Ever heard of the phrase "been there, done that."

It appears that even though you've been in the "process" for three weeks, you still have a lot to learn.

I just heard from my sweet soror that that you want to become a member of Delta Sigma Theta-- now girl maybe I should school you but those lovely ladies do not play they are serious
about everything --service, sisterhood and --especially about RESPECT

I have never ever heard a member of Delta Sigma Theta --speak of their LS's like that

Is it my imagination or did sickofthesefolks do a search and realize that prettygirl DID in fact spell her namy prettygyrl and NOT prettygirl (check the "y" in girl) or did she just confirm what we all thought in the first place? Notce she spells it with an "i" and then begins to spell it with a "y".

Look you screwed yourself. Everyone posted "prettygirl" however you posted "prettygyrl" like you used to. I guess habits are hard to break.

Anyway, I'm not being nice at all. Prettygyrl, sickofthesefolks, you make me ill. You don't have an ounce of respect for the organization you want to be in. How can you be so cocky about anything at a time like this? I know you must know about being "humble". How do you even have time to remain angry for so long? If I was upset about something when I was on line, I was over it quick because I was so "pressed". I had a million other things to handle. How don't you? Sounds to me like you're the one not making the most of your "process".

Well all I will say is if she really is joining one of the Sororities in the Divine Nine, then one of us will have a steppin', strollin', calling out, sign flashing, T-shirt wearer. Because she sure doesn't seem to be someone who will illustrate sisterhood or be willing to work with members of the chapter. But I guess people like this might slip in at some time.

I am usually very quiet around these here parts. But, I just felt it was necessary for me to give this young lady some positive advice.

She is right. Everyone is jumping all over her when all you should be saying is:

It would be in your best interest to keep these feelings to yourself.

For real. I am so serious. I am not a member of any org. I do understand where you are coming from. But, please stop this right here and now.

I would hate for something terrible to happen that may prevent you from reaching your goals.

You mentioned that you were not gonna let your lines sisters stop you. Well, don't let greekchat get in your way either. The men and women on greekchat that are actual members of orgs are very dedicated to their orgs. Hey, you may be right about some of the things you say. But, the bottom line is that WE are not greek and THEY are. So, it's just like whites & blacks. I can talk crap about a black person. But, I'm not gone let a white person do it.

I am giving you advice because I actually think you may benefit from being affiliated with whatever org you are seeking membership into. I do not know about your line sisters, but there are thousands of positive women in the 4 sororities of the Divine Nine.

Not to undermine the integrity of the fine members who use this board, I will give you the benefit of the doubt and ask you one question: If you care so much for this organization would it not be better to work towards strengthening the whole line or working towards removing the weak links? If you don't care that these individuals gain membership once pledging is over, then the chapter will suffer because of the division between you and them. If you say there's no way to resolve this among your class, then maybe you should go to the sisters and talk about it in a respectable manner. It is possible for only one plege to go through in a class, i've seen it done.
This is just my two cents, this thread has received unbelievable feedback and although I agree with many of the posts on this board by the fellow members, but since you said no one offered any advice, here's mine.
