From my Parents:
Some kitchen items I've wanted (these great plastic measuring cups, a silicone brush, and a melon baller)
An umbrella (sorely needed--my old one is on it's last legs!)
A Chococat contact lens case
A Chococat digital camera case
A Chococat computer case (so I was a little Chococat obsessed this year...I think the Hello Kitty thread put me on it )
A beautiful silver bracelet
A CD that I wanted
and the best present of all...a trip to a dayspa with my Mom next month complete with spa bath, an herbal wrap and a massage. Much needed!

From the Best Friend:
An amazing sterling silver necklace with a Starfish on it and a frame with a saying from the 'Starfish' story if you've ever heard it

From Aunt/Uncle: $200 Cash

From another Aunt/Uncle: The best presnt of 2008...an iPhone!!!

I actually have a few more presents coming from some friends (who are notoriously bad present senders...I send them theirs with time to spare every year; you'd think they'd learn!)

I was naughty this year...

My husband gave me a $50 REI card... I never go there. So I will be willing to trade if anyone can tell me where that website is?

My dad somehow gets the stuff the falls off the boat and sent me a liquid hand soap dispenser...

My mom gave me the best gift which was cash.

My brother and his 2 women and their babies gave me pictures of the babies. Cute, but you all know how kids change.

Guess I have to be better for next year...

My boyfriend got me an iPod touch and an iTunes giftcard because I've been stealing his Nintendo DS - he figured I would play games on it. My dad gave me steak
knives (YES!!!) and cash. My boyfriend's brother and dad gave me a giftcard to Best Buy so that I could finish the Sex and the City series.

I got an iphone from my husband; a warm blanket from Restoration Hardware, a tabletop christmas tree and a set of pajamas from my parents, two iTunes gift cards from my brother and sister; a gift card to Williams-Sonoma which has already been spent on a table runner from my sister; a fluer-de-lis pewter wine holder with replacement cork, a fluer-de-lis pewter cracker dish and a framed photo of Mike the Tiger (my Uncle took a great pic at his cage right after LSU got him) from my Aunt and Uncle; money from my grandmother; a huge basket of gourmet foods from my friends in Dallas.

We also bought Guitar Hero World Tour Complete Band...the drums are hard, and now my forearm is sore from playing bass all day yesterday!

Apparently I was very good this year!

The roommate and my other friend who I exchanged gifts with got me cute tops from Express and Forever XXI.

I got cash & gift cards from relatives (always a great gift!)

My brother got me awesome, bright pink headphones to replace the ones that I broke a few months ago.

My BF completely surprised me with beautiful diamond earrings. It's funny because I'm not really an earring kind of girl (I had them pierced when I was 6 months old, and my mom just kept them in when I was young. I stopped wearing them when I started dressing myself) but I never want to take these out!!

And Santa (aka my parents) got me:
- Estee Lauder Perfume - Pleasures
- A really nice Estee Lauder make up set (Tippiechick, I think whoever shopped for you found the "buy a Estee Lauder fragrance and get a make up set" deal too! lol)
- AWESOME slippers... It was the thing I really, really wanted... my feet are always so cold
- A cute sweater & scarf
- A laptop case
- And a hoodie from my brother's high school (I went to an all girls high school and he goes to an all boys school...when I was in high school the boys I hung out with were from the other all boys school in the area...so even though I've graduated, I decided I should support my brother's school)
- A VS gift card

It was a great Christmas for me, and what's even better is for once I think I got everyone on my list stuff they LOVED:

I got my roommate this flavored shooter set & an Outback giftcard.

I got my other friend a set of cocktail mixers (it makes 12 different cocktails! I wanted to buy it for myself...)

I got my brother an iTunes giftcard, since his iPhone is basically glued to his hand.

I got my bf a body pillow which he's been wanting for a while and a White Sox shirt.

I got my parents mugs that I had made... they each have a different picture that I took from our favorite beach in Puerto Rico. And then my brother and I pitched in for a nice digital picture frame.

Christmas was a success

The best game on the wii fit imho is the ski jump - so awesome! overall the whole thing is cool. I'm only 6 fit years older than my real age, but I hear some people have been upset about their fitness evals. It told my sister (39) that she was in her 60s! (She was a tad offended)

I've got the hang of the cow game, but I can't get the stupid air hockey paddle to do what I want it to do. The tank game is impossible.

AKA Monet, REI has tons of North Face stuff...you may want to look into putting the $$ towards a really nice North Face fleece! It's a cold winter!
