That is outstanding for the Alpha Phis!
I just did a quick cut and paste from the Kappa database into Excel to get an idea of what happens to Emory alumnae. Of those initiated during the four years I was there, 25% are still in Atlanta. My alumnae experience is that 10% alumnae participation is the average. So, thank goodness for other chapters, for us and for all NPC groups!

The Atlanta Alumnae of Alpha Chi Omega also have an amazing site - http://www.axoatlanta.org/alpha_home.htm
And KKG as well! http://www.kkgatlanta.org/
Edited because I just found Gamma Phi's Atlanta Alumane site even though the Atlanta Alumnae Panhellenic site doesn't have a current listing for it: http://www.gammaphibetaatl.com/
Great websites marketing greek life!

Several of my collegiate sisters moved to Atlanta after graduation and are members of the alumnae chapter in Atlanta. They seem to have a ton of members.
Expansion is so exciting

Our Atlanta AC is a very good chapter.
We actually have two AC's in the general Atlanta area (though I don't exactly know where the Atlanta Southern Crescent group technically is).

Ok, I went back a page and saw the comment about presentations and I didn't even know we were considering Emory............so much for being in the proverbial loop.

Of course the Atlanta Gamma Phis are good! - GPhiBLtColonel is a member of the Atlanta Southern Crescent. I believe that the Southern Crescent gals are in the neighborhood of Newnan and Peachtree City.
At any rate, all three sororities are solid choices for Emory. It will be great to know who they finally select!

We, Alpha Chi Omega, were the final group to present and that took place on the 9th. We were told that decisions would be released either March 24 or 25...
I'm a grad student at Emory and would LOVE to finally have an opportunity to be active on campus after doing things with the atlanta alum group for the other local chapters for several years!!!
I'm anxious for updates, so if anyone hears anything...
THANKS!
Jaime

Just a tiny update, our chapter voted tonight on which chapter we thought would be the best fit. I'm assuming the other sororities voted, too. From what I heard, the presentations went very well, and each sorority was well represented!
