You should go! Granted, I'm not very involved with Phi Upsilon (I've got my hands full with Beta Phi), but just being there for bid day and then colonization was very cool. And I got to know several members from Beta Phi a bit better as well (If they aren't the CP or part of the recruitment committee, I don't really know their names!).
I am hoping to go back for their initiation in November. Beta Phi is making it a requirement for all incoming and outgoing officers to attend. So time to make sure I still fit into my whites!

It was a big weekend for the Kappa Omicron chapter at Rhodes College. An AOII won Homecoming Queen on Saturday and they initiated 44 new members on Sunday!

The colony at Arkansas-Fort Smith will be installed March 23 and has chosen the name Upsilon Beta. I haven't heard the sub-motto yet.
Colonization dates have been set for:
Kentucky Wesleyan - January 25-26
Northern Kentucky - February 14-17
Columbia - February 22-24
Monmouth (NJ) - March 1-3
University of Washington - March 8-10

Theta Omega had 36 members according to the fall 2012 grade report on the KWC Greek life page. I wonder if a few graduated or had grade exceptions. The process was so fast it makes me think they essentially took all or almost all of Theta Omega.
