Well, actually, that probably would be a good and often apropos interpretation, as the poster who gets QFPed is usually running off at the mouth to their own detriment. But to answer KappaFT2's question...it means Quoted For Posterity.

No no no, I mean I really did just QFP something in another thread right before I came into this one (as in I literally wrote "QFP" behind it). I wasn't talking about the quote I did when I said "Me, three." I know the difference!
