Okay, I've changed from "apd1806" to "zta1806" on e-bay.
Does anyone know if "skully1898" is a ZTA? I remember asking someone else this, but she could not remember if she was a tri-sigma or ZTA. She was leaning towards tri-sigma.

Shirley Gay Norris, Gamma Gamma (UT-El Paso), 1970: Red65GT
Her mom is also a Zeta (new house mother of UCF, actually), and sometimes Gay's sister will also bid for their mom (her sister is "kathleenlong" on e-bay).
We can add them to the list.

After seeing what happened with the TriDelta constitution where there's a good chance members were outbidding each other, I'm making this thread sticky so it is easily accessible to our members. Hopefully, if a historical item comes up on EBay, we can use this list to verify EBayers who are ZTAs and not outbid them (which ends up raising the price).

Thanks!
This is exactly what is happening right now with a couple of our badges. A 1994 badge with FAKE sapphires just went for $462. The same badge costs $75 from our official jeweler. I predict that there will now be a flood of our badges on ebay from people hoping to cash in.

I bid on that badge while it was still reasonable (didn't see that you or Barbara was bidding...) then I got the updates...Can't believe it went for that much! Does anyone know who bought it???

I think Barbara is trying to contact that winner to see if they are a Zeta.
BTW...unicorn10glq is a Zeta who had her badge stolen and is trying to replace it.

Wow! She's really determined to replace it with the one on e-bay now. I was stunned to see how high the price has gotten (on this and that last one).
That one seller I had mentioned before has approached another sister with the "offer" to sell at the inflated prices (lately when he has posted on e-bay, his ZTA badges have not received bids or have not made his minimum sale price). This might only serve to encourage him.
And, hi everyone. I have been out of the loop for a bit. I was reassigned at work, and it has been harder to get back into the groove I had before. Hope everyone is doing great!

Ok, so I am guessing that I am bidding against a ZTA right now. Her username is Bowlingzeta. I've tried to contact her, but I haven't heard anything yet. Hopefully, she will STOP BIDDING AGAINST ME! I told her about this list, so hopefully we'll hear something from her soon!
BTW, I am back to Olemisszta again. So, you can take Tip_Tank_and_Max off of the list and put Olemisszta back on it!
