If you want to see it then see it. If you don't, don't. No need to defend your decisions.

Check this out, especially the second one of the Sigmas from Kansas City.

The last one I can't figure out if they are dudes or chicks or a combination. I think I heard some deep voices among higher voices, but the video is too small to really see.

I couldn't hear the last group at all. I really like the Sigmas. Was the first group Alphas too? They looked really young.

I'm just all late. Thanks for the admiration of the vocab.

I'm sticking by my choice, and I hope that those who spend their money enjoy it. As for moi, I'm still urging my friends and family to not see that movie in the theaters.

The chairs thing blew me away. I am sure others have seen it before, but it was my first time.

Yeah, I think the first and third groups were Alphas. And you're right the first group looked like kids.

First Group: No idea, but they did look like Similac was their favorite drink. I don't wanna say Alpha b/c I swear I'm hearing "D Phi D" or "G Phi G", but I thought I heard "Ice Cold", too.

The Sigmas were NICE! I saw the Zetas do that chair step in Atlanta (took second place), but I liked how the Sigmas worked it.

The Alphas were pretty cool. Nice formations and movement.

Last group: Was it a mixed HS team? (Don't take that guess as an insult....) I thought there 2 boys, maybe 3.

Stomp The Yard...

As soon as the lawsuit was filed, I googled for the movie and found the trailer (as I had not heard of the movie or its production prior to the lawsuit filing). My fraternity letters could originally be seen in the early trailers. The letters originally seen on the jackets during the cafateria seen have since been removed in the current trailer.

Saw the movie on Saturday and the dance scenes were great! Was it a classic? No - however I have seen worse.

I am confused - what did you mean about real letters? I only saw pictures.

I could have waited until it came out on free cable/DVD but support of the Alpha was key for me.

It has been known to happen on occasion. But seriously though this movie is rubbish. The trailer makes it seem as though all BGLOs are about are step shows and strolling on the yard.

I saw the movie and actually thought it was ok...I mean come on, it wasn't like soul plane part 2. The most poignant part for me was the trip to heritage hall. They did show ZphiB there with AKA and DST. Remember Esther Rolle's picture?

Yes, and they did show Hattie McDaniel. It was a wonderful tribute to all of the sororities.
