Man, you're welcome to, but Fayetteville is about 3 hours away from little rock!

Is the Auburn game at War Memorial? or the Ville? I think I'll be going to that.

It says Milestone Construction. Nothing cool. There was a house corp meeting last night, we're right on schedule to finish it right under the wire. 5 weeks! I think that in the middle of the "fratio" (frat patio, check out frattinghard.com if you haven't already) we are gonna have a tree? I need to ask somebody. The big square thing is confusing me and my friends. They're also working down the grade on the front yard, you can see the bulldozer in that last pic.

Wow. Look at that ^^^

They are really coming down the home stretch. When the letters go up, be sure to take/post the picture!

I was wondering what those columns in the front were for... that's hot.

Looks like they're about to pour the concrete for the stairs, if they haven't already... VERY impressive house! I'd even go so far as to say that Sigma Nu house is bigger than most of the dorms on my campus.

22,830 sq feet is huMONGOUS. We may be getting up there in the "largest Sigma Nu chapter house" area.

You get around 30k sq feet and you are nearing "largest frat house in the nation" talk.

The letters went up weeks ago, but they are on the front door, and you can't see them. I'll see if I can get over there sometime. I hope that we have some letters visible from the street.

What's crazy is that Kappa Sig's house is still bigger. They have like 3 buildings, fuckin huge. As far as I know, they have the biggest fraternity house in the nation, and that is what they claim.

I'd heard it was the FSU Pike monster (40,000 sq ft):

I think that means for 1 building. If you count several unattached buildings, then I see where KS would have a claim in there.

I'm pretty sure our largest chapter is Ole Miss, at around 250. Which, by the way is way larger then that Pike chapter at FSU size.

Are they comfortable in their house? I'm sure they are. FSU pike houses less then 60. .... If you have a house that big ... Well, you get the point. Hell, that new Ark house will house close to as many as FSU Pike does, but it's HUGEEEEGGGEE!!!

The sod is laying out on pallets! And I think the furniture is in the rooms. It's all locked up now, so I can't snoop around anymore. Pretty much done!

Yeah, that pic is looking complete other then the landscaping.

What is that giant square in the middle of the patio? Did you say firepit? BBQ? Hot Tub?!!?

and yes, you definitely need letters facing the road! I'll go out on a limb and say they do something like this:
