AI's Frenchie: UPDATE
http://www.entertainmenttonight.com/...ity/a15742.htm
Update! Where's Frenchie Now?
May 07, 2003
Former "American Idol" contender FRENCHIE DAVIS was booted from the popular FOX series back in February of this year because she previously modeled for an adult Web site. Now the plus-sized singer is turning her early expulsion from the competition into an opportunity to make beautiful music. The talented songstress takes the stage for her Broadway debut in the Tony Award-winning Rent on Friday, May 16.
Frenchie has signed on the dotted line as the soloist on "Seasons of Love," and will play three or four small characters in the musical, written by JONATHAN LARSON and directed by MICHAEL GREIF.
At the time Frenchie was expelled from "American Idol," she told ET that financial problems drove her to pose for the site. "Four years ago, I modeled in lingerie on an adult Web site," the Howard University senior said. "From what I hear, the Web site is under new ownership and it's a lot different now than when I worked for it. I would never compromise my integrity to be successful."
Frenchie also confided to ET's special correspondent PAULA ABDUL that things got so bad she had nowhere to live at one point. "The year I didn't have money to pay for school, I was homeless for three months. I went through struggles, even then I knew there was a greater good."
The hardships Frenchie has experienced should serve her in good stead as material to draw from in her Broadway debut. Rent celebrates a community of young New Yorkers facing the soaring hopes and painful realities of contemporary life.

Actually, I found out that his name is Neil Sedaka, who wrote songs sung by the Temptations (Ruben's rendition of "Aint to Proud to Beg"), Tina Turner (Treynce's rendition of "Proud Mary"), and Captain and Tenille (sp) ("Love Will Keep Us Together").

Ok I must admit I was peepin Rueben a little bit when he had that suit on, very nice! But Clay looked kinda fly too for....Clay and all, lol!
Sorry but Kim will go next week. The Rueben fans have woke up and they aren't going to let him be voted off. K Lo doesn't have enough fans(sorry CT4, lol).
Clay has never been at the bottom at all, go Clay!

YEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!! Josh got told to KICK ROCKS!!!!!! I agree with Simon, he should have gotten told to kick 'em last week!!!!!
I am too happy he's gone, ya'll. I put my Sam's Choice lighter fluid back under the sink, hopefully I won't have to use it anytime soon.
And now I have a song of my own: (to the tune of the song at the end of "Blue's Clues")
Josh, now it's time for so long,
PLEASE don't sing another song!
Voters, thanks for your part,
You sure are smart!
It sure was a hoot,
To see Josh get the boot!!
And now we've got the three
That we wanna see!!!!

Oh, I guess Burt Bacharach was the previous week. BB wrote "What the World Needs Now is Love" that the finalists sang a while back.

Josh's wife seemed hotter than fish grease when Josh was booted off. OH WELL...
She should have been happy that he lasted as long as he did.
Clay can sing, but he does something to me. I don't know what it is, but I don't like him.

The War Is Over!
Let's send 'im home!
Yeah Josh's wife looked mad as hell. Oh well, beat it Josh. You should have been gone last week.
Was it just me or did Rueben look like Biggie when he had the suit on?
I don't know about K Lo guys. She might be next. I think it's gonna be between Ruben and Clay for this one.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that the look on Josh's wife's face may have come from him giving K. Lo a peck in the mouth when they announced that he would be "agitating the gravel" (did anyone see that) ??
