Baker U (Kansas)
Hi irishpipes and others: I think this article / site (see below) has a slightly different number for Delta Delta Delta than what's been mentioned previously. It also gives a number for ZTA:
http://www.thebakerorange.com/news/2...bers-increase/
"As of Thursday, September 1, 2011
. . . #The Baker University greek chapters hosted recruitment events Aug. 21-27 and bids were given to potential new members last Friday.
#Zeta Tau Alpha and Alpha Chi Omega sororities each have 20 new members and Delta Delta Delta sorority has a total of 19 new members as of Thursday morning. . . ."

^^^You're right. I JUST got a text correcting me.
As you can tell, I am WAY excited. These are such HUGE numbers compared to when I was in school (back when quota = like 15 to 20.)

Agree - that's how it was when I started advising there!! I went back to last years DG fall recruitment post and it's 10 more than last year. Way excited!
Congrats to Sigma on their success - your chapter has come a long way in the past several years!!!

I really think we may be headed for expansion in the next couple of years. I think the only thing that would be a hinderance is the lack of housing unless they want to build in the Greek Village area where what USED to be Sigma Nu is (SN is now being occupied by Kappa Sigma) -- that is if there are anymore GV lots left and they're affordable.)

I would love to see Alpha Gamma Delta back at KSU. I'm not sure what happened to the house when they closed; we have a couple of alums from the Alpha Nu in the Alumnae Chapter.
